I'm interested in Cdc25A (phospho S17) antibody, but I'm even more interested in Cdc25A (phospho S115) antibody. I can't find this last one; can you tell me if it is possible to get it?, does it exist? Thanks

ANSWER: |
Thank you for your email. I don't know if a Cdc25A (phospho S115) antibody exists. I tried our World's Antibody Gateway (which is located on the Abcam website) but did not come up with anything and nothing came up with a Google search either. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions. |

Predicted band size : 59 kDa
Hela cells were treated with 300 µM mimosine for 16 hrs, then placed in complete media (lane 1) or media containing 200 ng/ml nocodazole (lane 2) for an additional 18hrs. Nuclear extract was prepared, resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with rabbit antibodies reactive against phosphorylated Cdc25A (Ser17). Proteins were visualized using a donkey anti-rabbit secondary conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
