All lanes : Anti-Cdk5 (phospho Y15) antibody (ab63550) at 1/500 dilution
Lane 1 : extracts from COS7 cells treated with EGF (200ng/ml, 30mins) at 30 µg
Lane 2 : extracts from 293 cells treated with H2O2 (100µM, 15mins)
Lane 3 : extracts from 293 cells treated with H2O2 (100µM, 15mins) with immunizing peptide
Predicted band size : 33 kDa
Observed band size : 33 kDa
The amount of cell extracts loading for the WB is 5-30 ug of total protein. The amount of the immunising peptide for the WB is 5-10 ug.
