Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Claudin 10 antibody (ab66053)
ab66053 at 1/100 dilution staining Claudin 10 in human brain tissue by IHC (Formalin/ PFA fixed paraffin embedded sections). The Tissue underwent antigen retrieval in boiling 10mM Citrate buffer ph 6.0 for 10 min.

Anti-Claudin 10 antibody (ab66053) at 1/500 dilution + Tissue lysate prepared from mouse skeletal muscles
Observed band size : 21 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
