    what is the cross reactivity of ab7533 and ab7535 with collagen type I?

    These products have been prepared from human placenta and are chromatographically and immunologically pure. They are free from other collagens, human serum proteins and non-collagen extracellular matrix proteins.

    Reaction with our anti-Collagen antibodies I, II, III, IV, V or VI is negligible (typically less than 1% cross reactivity was detected by ELISA) apart from the expect cross reaction with the collagen type i.e ab7535 cross reacts with the anti-collagen III antibody, and ab7533 cross reacts with the anti-collagen I antibody.
