Cell-permeable, nonsteroidal glucocorticoid receptor (GR) modulator. Exhibits 4-fold higher binding affinity to GR than dexamethasone (ab120743). Down modulates TNF-induced gene expression and shows immunosuppressant activity. Active in vitro. -

Handling
