Anti-Cytokeratin 18 antibody [E431-1] (ab32118)

Customer is reporting unspecific staining with these antibodies below:

Anti-Cytokeratin 18 antibody (ab32118)and Anti-Cytokeratin 8 antibody (ab59400) - Dilution: 0,02mg/ml.
Customer said they should stainthymic cortex, but they are staining the medulla. She has done 3 immunohistochemistry (frozen tissue)with 4 different animals and the antibodies are always staining medulla...
I am requesting details of the protocol, lot number, abcam orderetc, and as soon as I receive it I will contact you again.

Since this does not work in mouse tissues could we get a replacement antibody? We would like to replace it with ab668 mouse monoclonal Anti-Cytokeratin 18.

Bought ab32118 to use in rat tissue but the antibody is no longer guaranteed to work against rat tissue. Would like ab668 as a replacement.
