Thanks. I did a side by side IHC staining from 544981, ****, and ***.   (the replacement we got for *****) worked.     Forgot to mention this earlier, but can you also check out lot #***** from order */*****? That was the initial lot that we had issues with before we were forced to order another one for comparison (lot# GR27348-2 which ended up being the same).

Thank you for your reply. I am happy that the new vial of this antibody has proven to be successful. The lot from order number ****** was the lot that I sent the free of charge replacement for. The lot number *****, from what I can find out is from 2007, is that when you purchased this lot of the antibody. Also there were no issues with that lot. Under our Abpromise we do guarantee all of our antibodies for 6 months to work as stated on the datasheet. As we have not tested this antibody in IHC in frozen sections then it technically does not fall under our Abpromise if it fails to work in IHC-Frozen sections. I sent the original replacement since there was a known issue with that lot and we were recalling that particular vial. Since this antibody had not previously been tested in IHC-Fr in our hands and so is not covered under the Abpromise, I can offer you a testing discount (I will back date it for the replacement vial of the antibody you just received).   Hi we recently purchased ab52948 lot# ******and it did not work on any of our human or mouse epithelium frozen sections. We did IHC side by side with the old lot#**** and that one turned out fine. Is there any known significant difference or issue with this new batch such that it cannot reproduce our results from earlier batch? Thanks.
