Has this antibody been tested for application in IHC-formalin fixed paraffin embedded sections, frozen sections, or both?

Thank you for your phone call. Ab14053 was originally tested for application in Western blotting. We then received feedback from a customer who successfully used the antibody in IF and FACS (to read his comments, just click on the reviews tab located on the online datasheet). However, it's not clear whether the antibody has been specifically tested in IHC and I so I have removed that application from the datasheet for the time-being. Once we receive more information, the datasheet will be updated accordingly.
