Western blot - DAAM1 antibody - Aminoterminal end (ab71327)
All lanes : Anti-DAAM1 antibody - Aminoterminal end (ab71327) at 1/50 dilution
Lane 1 : 293 cell lysate, nontransfected
Lane 2 : 293 cell lysate, transfected with the DAAM1 gene
Lysates/proteins at 2 µg per lane.
Predicted band size : 123 kDa
Observed band size : 130 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - DAAM1 antibody - Aminoterminal end (ab71327)
ab71327, at a 1/10 dilution, staining DAAM1 in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue by Immunohistochemistry. A peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody was then used, followed by DAB staining.
