We order recently the following reference from your company:
Anti-DAAM2 antibody (ab72764).
We tested the Ab using our lab standard conditions on mouse muscle lysate.
We obtain much more band than on the picture showed in your website.
Could you tell me if specific conditions (for tissue extraction / blocking...) are necessary ?

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for the delay of our reply. I am sorry to hear that this antibody is not providing satisfactory results.

Having reviewed this case, I would like to offer some suggestions to help optimize the results from ab72764:

For the blocking step, 5% milk was used.
The primary antibody was incubated overnight at 4ºC, at a concentration of 0.5 - 1 µg/ml, diluted in 1% milk / TBST.



Should the suggestions not improve the results, please do let me know.
