ab63396, at 1/500 dilution, staining DAPP1 in A549 cells by Immunofluorescence, in the absence (left image) or presence (right image) of the immunising peptide.
Western blot - DAPP1 (phospho Y139) antibody (ab63396)
All lanes : Anti-DAPP1 (phospho Y139) antibody (ab63396) at 1/500 dilution
Lane 1 : 293 cell extracts treated
with Insulin (0.01U/ml, 2mins)
Lane 2 : 293 cell extracts treated
with Insulin (0.01U/ml, 2mins) with immunising peptide at 10 µg
Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane.
Predicted band size : 32 kDa
Observed band size : 27 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 55 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
