Anti-DARC antibody (ab40821) at 0.1 µg/ml + Human liver lysate - (35µg protein in RIPA buffer).

Predicted band size : 36 kDa
Observed band size : 35 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - DARC antibody (ab40821)
ab40821 at 3µg/ml staining DARC in human kidney tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Microwaved antigen retrieval using citrate buffer pH 6 was performed, HRP-staining.This antobody stains epithelial cells of renal tubules and endothelial cells of vessels. The granular staining is compatible with the endoplasmic reticulum association of the protein. This antibody has also been successfully used on human lung tissue showing endothelial staining.
