These antibodies worked well when first received, then stopped working after less than two months of proper storage. Would like new vials and will test them on rhesus samples.

I have bought the Abcam Anti-DC-SIGN antibody [5D7] (#ab59192) and tried to stain paraffin-embedded sections of human tonsils, which did not work. I have already titrated the antibody concentration, without success.

Could you please send me some more information or protocols how to use the antibody for IHC-P (especially target retrieval protocols)?

We usually suggest to try heat mediated antigen retrieval with EDTA, pH9 first. But protocols always have to be optimized according to the specific requirements of the user and their experiment.

We will happily offer technical support and in the event that a product is not functioning in the applications cited on the product data sheet (and the problem has been reported within 6 months of purchase), we will be pleased to provide a credit note, free of charge replacement or refund.
