Immunoprecipitation/ Western Blot of DDX1
HeLa whole cell lysate, (1 mg for IP, 1/4 of IP loaded) with ab70252 at 0.03µg/ml for WB.
Lane 1: ab70251 at 3µg/mg lysate for IP.
Lane 2: Control IgG.
Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure time of 1 minute.
Western blot - DDX1 antibody (ab70252)
All lanes : Anti-DDX1 antibody (ab70252) at 0.03 µg/ml
Lane 1 : Whole cell lysate from Hela cells at 20 µg
Lane 2 : Whole cell lysate from Hela cells at 40 µg
Lane 3 : Whole cell lysate from Hela cells at 80 µg
Predicted band size : 83 kDa
Observed band size : 90 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 32 kDa,50 kDa,60 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
