Anti-DDX6 antibody (ab45869) at 0.3 µg/ml + Jurkat cell lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer).
Predicted band size : 54 kDa
Observed band size : 50 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
