I am wondering about the applications listed on your datasheet for this antibody. More specifically, do you have any information to support the use of these antibodies in IF and IHC? I ask because another source (Virostat) offer this antibody (6911), and have only tested this particular antibody in ELISA vs. pili & whole cells (although they list several antibodies on one datasheet, and some of the other antibodies on this page have been tested in IF & IHC, the K99 pili has not). Can you confirm the use of your antibody in IF and IHC? |
