WB: Preliminary experiments gave no signal but low background in Human Brain and Kidney lysates at up to 1µg/ml.
Tested in peptide ELISA, Antibody detection limit dilution 1/16000.

Not tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
