All lanes : Anti-E2F2 antibody (ab14292) at 1/3000 dilution
Lane 1 : Rat cardiomyocytes whole cell lysate.
Lane 2 : Rat cardiomyocytes whole cell lysate. Treated with an adenovirus
Lysates/proteins at 10 µg per lane.

Goat polyclonal Secondary Antibody to Chicken IgY - H&L (HRP) (ab6877) at 1/3000 dilution
Performed under reducing conditions.
Predicted band size : 52 kDa
Observed band size : 65 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 45 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
The primary antibody was diluted in 5% BSA and incubated for 12 hours at 4°C.
