Recommended dilutions
WB: 1/500 - 1/1000. Detects a band of approximately 60 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 45 kDa). Uncharacterized bands of lower and higher molecular weight may also be revealed under similar conditions. For optimal results primary antibody incubations should be performed at 37°C
Not tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

E2Fs are DNA binding proteins, which associate with negative regulators, such as the retinoblastoma p107 protein, resulting in an altered rate of gene transcription. E2F4 is regulated by complex formation with Rb p110. E2F family members bind DNA as heterodimers with members of the DP family of polypeptides.
