I was wondering if it would be possible to get a small sample of this antibody to see if we can use it for flow cytometry analysis? If the antibody works for us we would likely purchase quite a bit of this product.

Le tissu controle positif de cet anticorps ,utilisé en immunohistochimie chez vous , serait le cancer canalaire ou lobulaire invasif  du sein.,inclus en paraffine.

Je peux confirmer que pour tester cet anticorps sur du tissue en paraffine, un démasquage au tampon Citrate pH 6 avait été utilisé. Veuillez trouver le protocole en attaché.

Je peux aussi conseiller de consulter le site de UniProt/SwissProt, http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q9HBW0, pour trouver des autres contrôles positives si vous en avez besoin. Les testicules, ainsi que le pancréas, la rate, le thymus et la prostate, sont cités comme tissues exprimant la EDG4/LPAR2.
