Could you please tell me ab32157 is directed against which amino acids (numbers) of eIF2alpha?

ab32157 is a phospho specific antibody specific to the phosphorylation site at AA51. So obviously, the peptide spans that region. Most peptides are around 15 AA long, so you could safely predict it covers around AA42-58.
