Thanks for your kindly reply; this customer would like to change these antibodies and conduct with ELISA assay. According to the ELISA protocol, polyclonal antibody is the better choice for capture antibody and the monoclonal antibody is the better choice for detection antibody. Therefore, after considered with his experimental system, he decided to change these antibodies which he has never tried before, could you please help this customer to solve the problem?   Thanks for your assistance. This is to let you know that I have confirmed and agreed on placing a new order for your customer - for one vial of ab65394 and for one vial of ab19485 as two free of charge replacements (exchange for the original antibodies). I hope  these vials will work as it is expected, and please do let me know how you are getting on with this product.

Thank you for your response. I can certainly arrange two free of charge replacement vials or credit note for your troubled customer. It is not a problem at all.

I understand that the customer has successfully used ab65394 and compared the results with ab20375 and ab110656.  Could you explain why the customer would rather like to get the replacement vials of two completely different antibodies which he/she has never tried and used before? It would make sense to get the two vials of the ab65394 which works fine in the customer’s experimental system. What is the reason for getting ab65394 and ab19485 as replacement?

 Dear technical support team: This customer has purchased ab20375 (Anti-EPO antibody [Epo2]) and ab110656 (Anti-EPO antibody [Epo1]), however the data from wb shows no major band, I attached the WB questionnaire and his wb data in this letter, this customer is anxious to improve his results. It would be greatly appreciated if you could clarify if the purified protein corresponds to human EPO and it was expressed in CHO cells? Furthermore, please confirm if the target protein is tagged, if so which tag(s) was used?
