    A belated happy New Year! I am intersted in the Anti-ERG antibody (ab28662). There are currently 6 known isoforms of ERG and I was wondering whether this antibody has been re-tested and detects all 6 or still only 2 (if so which 2 isoforms are they?). Best wishes and kind regards,

    Thank you for contacting us. That specificity note on the datasheet was ambiguous since, as you correctly point out, there are six known isoforms according to the UniProt entry for the human protein: http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P11308 Although we do not have data demonstrating reactivity with individual isoforms, based on the immunogen range, the antibody should at least have the potential to react with all isoforms except for the isoform 8, also referred to in the UniProt entry as P11308-6.
