Thank you for your kind reminder. The zinc fingers present, as stated on the datasheet refer to their presence in the full length ERG1 protein rather than the 23AA peptide. As there’s no histidine, cysteine amino acids in the sequence, with the exception of the terminal cysteine. If you need any further assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to contact me. |
