This antibody is a mouse monoclonal against mouse endothelial cells, what protocol do you suggest for mouse on mouse? THe protocol provides on your site for this antibody states to use a routine IHC protocol.

Thank you for your enquiry regarding ab15605.

A mistake was made when creating the datasheet of this product. The antibody has been tested in human frozen and paraffin embedded specimens. It has not been tested on mouse and we would not recommend using it against mouse in IHC as the secondary antibody would recognise the mouse tissue and give high background.

My sincere apologies for this mistake, if you had bought the antibody to stain mouse tissue please let me know your Abcam order number or PO number and I will arrange a refund or crediut note. My apologies once again,
