We are interested is using this antibody to detect Her2/neu overexpression in primary cultures of breast tumor cells via immunohistochemistry. Currently, our IHC protocol uses methanol fixing of cells attached to a culture plate. Would use of the this antibody (ab8054) be suitable for the IHC protocol we use?
