Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - ErbB 2 (phospho Y1248) antibody (ab47755)
ab47755 staining ErbB2 in adult mouse skin tissue by Immunohistochemistry (paraffin embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde, then a heat mediated antigen retrieval step was performed using citric buffer pH 6.0 and blocked with 10% serum for 1 hour at 20ºC followed by incubation with the primary antibody, at a 1/100 dilution, for 12 hours at 4ºC. Abcam biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) (ready to use) was used as the secondary antibody, catalogue number ab64256.
