I have Rat mAb to F4/80 (BM8) ab 60343-100.　I want to know more about my antibody. Lot number is 526242. Could you send me the expiry date for this product.
I am planning to use this antibody for IHC-P mouse heart. I would love to know if there is special recommendation/protocol for its use in IHC-P.

We do not have expire dates for our products and you should be able to use the product without anydifficulty if kept at the recommend storage temperature for at least one year. Please rest assured that our "Abpromise" guarantees a free of charge replacement or refund should the product not work as expectedwithin 6 months of purchase. If you have purchased this product more than a year ago, I would suggest to still try and use it.

Regarding IHC-P protocol, please refer to the datasheet application information.

IHC-P: 1/50. (fixation in 10% neutral buffered formalin for 24 h; blocking with non-immunized goat serum; microwaved for 6 min in citrate buffer; splenic macrophages as positive control.)
