Western blot - FACL4 antibody - Aminoterminal end (ab70937)
Anti-FACL4 antibody - Aminoterminal end (ab70937) at 1/100 dilution + 293 cell lysate at 12.5 µg
Predicted band size : 79 kDa
Observed band size : 65 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 28 kDa,30 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - FACL4 antibody - Aminoterminal end (ab70937)
Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma tissue reacted with ab70937 at a 1:50 dilution, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
