I am pleased to provide the following testing WB protocol for ab5360 FANCD2 antibody [FI-17. This was used in the WB experiment shown on the datasheet. Please note that this is a general guideline only and may require some further optimization by the end user.

cell line tested : Hela and MCF7 Detections: ECL Sample Prep: Boiled and Reduced Cell/Tissue Lysis Buffer: Standard sample buffer Recommended SDS-PAGE%: 6-7.5% Blocking Buffer: 5% milk in TBST Blocking Incubation Time/Temp: 1 hour/20 degrees C at RT Antibody Dilution Buffer: TBST Primary Antibody Incubation Time/Temp: 1-2 hour at RT Nitrocellulose membrane Suggested Dilution-1:50-1:200
