Lane 1 : Non transfected 293T cell lysate
Lane 2 : 293T cell lysate transiently transfected with the FGF1 gene
Lysates/proteins at 12.5 µg per lane.
Predicted band size : 17 kDa
Observed band size : 23 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - FGF1 antibody - N-terminal (ab75928)
Immunohistochemical analysis of FGF1 in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma tissue using ab75928, at 1/10 dilution, followed by a peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.
