Overview
Reagent: 6 ml
Procedure:
FOR USE IN FLUORESCENCE MICROSCOPY
1: After slides are hydrated to water, wash slides in buffer solution for 2 minutes.
2: Remove slide from buffer wash, wipe around tissue and apply sufficient drops of FITC Protein Blocking Agent (PBA) to cover the entire section..
3: Incubate for 5 to 20 minutes at room temperature..
4: DO NOT WASH TISSUE SECTIONS IN BUFFER. Carefully tap off excess PBA, wipe around tissue and remove the residual PBA to prevent further dilution of subsequent primary reagent application..
