I was looking at yourAnti-FOXO1 + FOXO3 + FOXO4 (phospho T24 + T32) antibody (ab58517). I would like to know a.) what other phospho-FOXO antibodies you have available and if you know if any of your P-FOXO antibodies have been tested for cross reacting with the C. elegans DAF-16/FOXO protein. I am doing a survey for antibodies we can use in C. elegans, but thought if might be worth asking directly while I am comparing epitopes. I appreciate any information you can give me on FOXO antibodies that have been used in C. elegans.
