I hope you are well.
I would like your advise on suitable antibodies for ELISA type assay for staining cell adhesion binding domains (e.g. 'R-G-D' peptide sequence) on fibronectin and vitronectin proteins that have been adsorbed to a surface. Depending on the surface, different adhesion domains will be exposed.

Could you please give more information about the specificity of the antibodies you are looking for? Could you provide the amino acid region the "R-G-D" peptide is contained in?

Unfortunately, we do not have anti Vitronectin antibodies that are tested to inhibit binding as do the two above antibodies and I am therefore unsure which would be a suitable product for your purposes. If you provide the amino acid region and the species of theplanned sample, I will be happy to make a suggestion for you.
