Relevance 

Expression of GADD45B is increased following treatment with DNA damage agents or other stressful growth arrest conditions. It is thought to activate the p38/JNK pathway via binding to and activating the upstream kinase MTK1/MEKK4 and so play a role in regulation of growth and apotosis.
