Thank you for your enquiry. For this antibody, we saw a single band on Western blot when using k562 cell lysates. We did not test this antibody on bone marrow. 1) Did you use Tween-20 in the buffers? Tween-20 (0.05%) was added to the primary and secondary antibody solutions and wash buffer in our protocol to reduce non-specific bands. If so, increasing the stringency for Western blot (using a higher concentration of Tween-20 and washing for longer) can reduce non-specific bands. 2) To identify which is the correct band on your Western blot with bone marrow samples, I would recommend using k562 cell lysates as a positive control.
