Mouse monoclonal [23A3] to GCDFP 15
This antibody is specific to a 15 kD monomer protein called Gross Cystic Disease Fluid Protein 15 (GCDFP 15). Gross cystic disease of the breast is benign premenopausal disorder in which cysts are predominant. These cysts appear to be formed from excessive apocrine cystic secretions, one of which is GCDFP-15. This antibody can be used in for the staining of breast carcinoma, salivary duct carcinoma and apocrine epithelia.

Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab1319 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:15 to 1:25 in an ABC method.
However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user.
High temperature antigen unmasking with 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 is required prior to immunostaining.
We suggest an incubation period of 60 minutes at room temperature.
Expressed in pathological conditions of the mammary gland and in several exocrine tissues, such as the lacrimal, salivary, and sweat glands.
Belongs to the PIP family.
Secreted.
