IHC-P: This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required.
Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM Citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining.
Not tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
