Would we be able to have a replacement antibody? But instead of the ab53179, could we replace it with an ab41463 please? As I feel this would be more suited to our experiments. If you could help with this it would be highly appreciated. Thank you, |

I am sorry this product did not perform as stated on the datasheet and for the inconvenience this has caused. As requested, I have issued a free of charge replacement for one vial of ab41463. ab53179 staining mouse embryo cells by ICC/IF. Cells were PFA fixed and permeabilized in Triton-X prior to blocking with 5% serum for 1 hr at 25°C. The primary antibody was diluted 1/500 in PBS with 0.5% goat serum and incubated with the sample for 18 hrs at 4°C. A FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit was used as the secondary antibody.
