The datasheet of ab11115 indicates that immunogen used for this prodcut is a "Synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminus (Human)". I had planned to make this Ab myself but Abcam may have already saved me the trouble. However, to be 100% sure, I would need to know the sequence of that peptide.

ANSWER:

  

The sequence of the peptide immunogen is KNKPLGPAGSENEI i.e. amino acids 369 to 382 of the human protein. I have added this information to the product datasheet.
