Dear Supplier Could you tell me the fixative protocol for your new antisera GDNF alpha2 and GDNF alpha3 receptors?

ANSWER:

  

The protocol prefered for these antibodies (both alpha 2 and 3) uses a preperfusion of 1% sodium nitrite in phosphate buffer, followed by PBS then PFA (4%) containing 0.15% satd. picric acid.
