Recommended dilutions
IHC-P: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol (95°C for 10 min in citrate buffer pH6).
WB: 1/1000 - 1/5000. Predicted molecular weight: 37 kDa.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
