    Potent voltage-gated TTX-sensitive Na+ and T-Type Ca2+ channel blocker (IC50 values are 7 and 120 nM for hNaV1.7 and hNaV1.3 respectively). Shows very little effect on TTX-resistant sodium channels. In the same family as GrTx1 (ab145540), GsAF-I (ab145541) and GsAF-II (ab145542).
