Thank you for contacting us. I am sorry to confirm that as far as we are aware, ab49462 Gastric Mucin antibody has never been tested in ELISA or sandwhich ELISA. It has alsonot been tested with an Helicobacter pylori detection antibody. All testedapplications covered by our guarantee are specified on our datasheets, and these are updated as soon as any new information is brought to our attention. On this occasion, I am sorry we therefore do not have a recommended dilution. However, I can suggest that usually, plates are coated with1-10 ug/mlof antibody in carbonate/bicarbonate buffer (pH9.6). We aim to provide as muchinformation as possible to customers, and I am sorry we have no more details to provide on this occasion. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. |
