Selective Hsp90 inhibitor. Binds the ATP site of Hsp90 and inhibits chaperone activity. A benzoquinone ansamycin antibiotic. Also inhibits the Hsp90 paralog GRP94. Exhibits various cellular actions including gene expression, cell proliferation, apoptosis and angiogenesis. -

Handling
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day.
