    Thanks for your help, but I am still uncertain about my question regarding the addition of glycerol. "The storage instructions stated to add 50% glycerol before freezing. Should this be 50% of the current volume or a final concentration of 50%".

    Thank you for your message. I have double-checked with my colleagues and actually we have reconstituted this antibody and already added 50% glycerol to the buffer. This means that for long term storage, you do not need to add anything just aliquot the product and keep it at -20°C. We have corrected our on-line datasheet in order to avoid more confusion.
