    Customer is using this as a negative control and has found that when incubating with the secondary only, she is seeing a black blot with white bands. However, the first couple of times, this did not happen.

    Thank you for your enquiry and patience. Usually when a reverse image is seen, it is due to too much HRP in the system and it is suggested to dilute the HRP-conjugate at least 10-fold. It could also be due to the antibody settling over time, so that when you go to use it later on, it is more concentrated at the bottom. Please make sure that the product is gently mixed prior to using.
