Dear John Thank you for your answer. Sorry, I think that my previous question wasn't right. It doesn't matter what sequence it is. I try to understand why this antibody is specific only for granulocytes?

The antibody ab33760 was generated from PVG rat spleen cell suspension and is specific to granulocytes and erythroid cells.
