We are working on Hace1 a have not found a good antibody. I would like to test your antibody using lysets from Hace1 +/+ and -/- MEFs and if it is good we will place an order.

I am sorry to confirm that as far as we are aware, ab83776 Anti-HACE1 antibody has never been tested with samples from mouse. All tested and guaranteed species cross-reactivity information is stated on our datasheets, and these are updated as soon as any new information is brought to our attention.

The mouse HACE1 protein sequence does have high alignment to the immunogen used for this antibody. Therefore, it is likely (predicted) to react, but we are not able to guarantee this without further testing.
