ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Titre in peptide based assay is 1/1562500.
WB: Use at a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 90 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 102 kDa).

E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that may function in cellular proteins degradation. HACE1 has also been shown to be down-regulated in many human tumours and is a putative candidate tumor suppressor.

Cytoplasm. Endoplasmic reticulum. A significant portion localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum.
